- Does SubSub connect to my bank?
- No. SubSub never links to your bank, email, or financial accounts. You add subscriptions manually—your financial data never leaves your control.
- How does the free trial work?
- You can start a 7-day free trial on each device. After the trial ends, purchase once to keep tracking subscriptions and enable iCloud sync.
- How do I restore my purchase?
- Open SubSub → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
- How does iCloud sync work?
- iCloud sync is optional and off by default. After purchasing the full version, enable it in Settings. Your subscriptions sync across devices signed into the same iCloud account.
- Does SubSub work offline?
- Yes. Add, edit, and view subscriptions without an internet connection. Exchange rates for currency conversion require a network connection.
- What data does SubSub collect?
- SubSub does not sell your data or run ads. Subscription data stays on your device, or in your private iCloud account if you enable sync. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID as your original purchase.
iCloud sync issues
Ensure you are signed into iCloud on your device and have purchased the full version. Toggle sync off and on in Settings if needed.
Notifications
Enable notifications in iOS Settings for SubSub. In the app, go to Settings → Request Permission.
Trial ended
Purchase the full version once to continue tracking subscriptions and enable iCloud sync.

Overview
SubSub ("we", "our") is developed by Innotek Kft. This policy explains how SubSub handles your information. We designed SubSub to keep your subscription data private and under your control.
Data stored on your device
By default, all subscription data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not operate servers that store your subscription list. Your data does not leave your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync.
iCloud sync (optional)
If you purchase the full version and enable iCloud sync, your subscription data is stored in your private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. This data is subject to Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Notifications
SubSub can send local push notifications to remind you about upcoming renewals and trial endings. Notification content is generated on your device. We do not receive notification data.
Exchange rates
To convert subscription amounts into your display currency, SubSub may fetch daily exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com). Only currency codes are sent—no personal or subscription data is included in these requests.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.
What we do not do
SubSub does not connect to your bank, read your email, sell your data, show ads, or require an account to use the app.
